1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cxrick ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the cxrick platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and support services offered at cxrick.net and any related subdomains or mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or otherwise using any feature of the cxrick platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device, network, or access method used to reach the cxrick platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and cxrick relating to the subject matter herein.

cxrick reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at cxrick.net/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active cxrick account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of cxrick or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a current voluntary exclusion agreement in place;
• Not previously have had a cxrick account permanently closed for terms violations.

cxrick may request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, during withdrawal processing, or following a review triggered by unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of cxrick is lawful in their jurisdiction. cxrick makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate, available, or lawful in any specific location. If you are unsure whether online gambling is permitted where you reside, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with cxrick. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, cxrick reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice and forfeit any balances or pending bonuses held within them.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your cxrick account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cxrick login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. cxrick will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify cxrick support immediately at [email protected]. cxrick accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cxrick operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (national identity card or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is a condition of processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cxrick accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without advance notice. cxrick does not accept deposits from payment methods held in third-party names.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on cxrick is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, cxrick reserves the right to apply individual account-level deposit caps based on player profile and responsible gaming assessments. Deposits are credited to your cxrick account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment processor, typically within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. Before a withdrawal is approved, your account must have passed KYC verification. cxrick processes withdrawal requests within one to three business days following verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. cxrick reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds where a withdrawal triggers internal compliance checks.

4.4 Prohibited Payment Practices

You must not use the cxrick platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. Depositing funds and immediately requesting a withdrawal without any meaningful gaming activity may be treated as suspicious and trigger a compliance review. cxrick cooperates with relevant authorities and financial institutions in the investigation of financial crimes and will freeze accounts and withhold funds where such investigations are ongoing.

4.5 Currencies

All cxrick accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All displayed odds, balances, bonus amounts, and transaction values are stated in Taka. cxrick does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made via a foreign-currency payment instrument will be converted to Taka at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and conversion fees may apply depending on your payment provider.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

cxrick reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where: the bet exceeds the player's available balance; the bet relates to an event or market that has been suspended; cxrick suspects that the bet has been placed based on inside information or market manipulation; or technical errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

5.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from cxrick's betting system. Bets that have not been confirmed at the point of a market suspension or event conclusion will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.

5.3 Casino Games & RNG Certification

All casino games available on cxrick — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games — are provided by licensed third-party software providers and use independently certified random number generators (RNGs). The outcome of every game round is determined by the RNG and is not influenced by previous results, account history, or any cxrick system parameter. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

5.4 Void Bets & Technical Errors

cxrick reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical error, data feed failure, software malfunction, or human input error that resulted in incorrect odds, paylines, or game parameters being displayed or applied. In such circumstances, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account. cxrick's liability in these scenarios is limited strictly to the return of the original stake.

5.5 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited on cxrick and will result in account suspension, bet voidance, and potential forfeiture of winnings: arbitrage betting using bonus funds; the use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; collusion between players; exploitation of software bugs or pricing errors; and placing bets that are designed to artificially trigger bonus conditions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available to cxrick players are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. These Terms provide the overarching framework within which all individual promotion terms operate. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and a provision of these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence only to the extent of the conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your cxrick account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotion terms page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

New cxrick players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The qualifying deposit amount, bonus percentage, maximum bonus value, eligible payment methods, and wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus are set out in the current Welcome Bonus Terms, which are subject to change without advance notice. Players who have previously held a cxrick account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

cxrick actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; coordinated betting designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements; use of bonus funds exclusively on low-variance games in a manner designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, cxrick reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close the affected account.

6.5 Seasonal & Event Promotions

cxrick may offer promotional bonuses tied to sporting events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and seasonal occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Durga Puja. Each such promotion will carry its own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Participation in any promotion is entirely voluntary.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your cxrick account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and the standard withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by cxrick

cxrick reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Engagement in prohibited betting practices as defined in Section 5.5;
• Abuse of the bonus system as described in Section 6.4;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• The player being identified as under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed by cxrick due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, cxrick reserves the right to withhold any balance or pending bonus winnings pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, any withheld balance will be returned.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, bet placement, or game play activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cxrick reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

8 Responsible Gaming

cxrick is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations towards player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps denominated in Bangladeshi Taka;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts triggered after a set period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net position;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.

Players who wish to activate self-exclusion may do so through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting cxrick support directly. Self-exclusion requests will be implemented without delay. Players who are permanently self-excluded will not be permitted to reopen their account under any circumstances.

cxrick will not knowingly allow any player to gamble beyond the limits that player has set for themselves. Where cxrick becomes aware that a player's gambling behaviour may be causing harm, we reserve the right to proactively contact the player and, where necessary, restrict or suspend the account pending the player's engagement with our responsible gaming team.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the cxrick platform — including but not limited to the cxrick brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive intellectual property of cxrick or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cxrick platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any cxrick content;
• Distribute, transmit, or publicly display cxrick content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any cxrick software;
• Use any automated tool, spider, scraper, or bot to access, index, or harvest data from the cxrick platform;
• Use the cxrick brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of cxrick intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law, for which cxrick reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cxrick's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your cxrick account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cxrick shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of opportunity, goodwill, or reputation;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind;
• Service interruptions, outages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond cxrick's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet failures, power outages, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events;
• The actions or omissions of any third-party software provider whose games are offered on the cxrick platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cxrick's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

cxrick reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes may be made for any of the following reasons: to reflect changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements; to introduce new platform features or services; to clarify existing provisions; or to address abuse patterns or unforeseen circumstances not covered by the current Terms.

When material changes are made to these Terms, cxrick will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the revised Terms will be indicated at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using cxrick immediately and request account closure in accordance with Section 7.1. Your continued use of the cxrick platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cxrick operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and cxrick, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected], as the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication. Our support team commits to acknowledging formal dispute notices within two business days and providing a substantive response within ten business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process before commencing formal legal proceedings. cxrick will provide details of the applicable ADR process upon request.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the continuation of any alleged breach or to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
